During my career serving as a lecturer at a business school, I was taken by the need for change seeking a deeper spiritual connection. My elementary and informal education of Yoga started with my Guru; a Yogi of the Himalayas. After getting informally educated by him for a long time, I went on to enroll myself in the contemporary yoga institutes of India, like the ‘Bihar School of Yoga’ and also ‘Shivanand Nayyar Dam, completing my formal education in these institutions. Alongside the profound yogic principles which I imbibed by in my long practice of yoga, I also came to understand the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga Kriyas and began teaching near Rishikesh. In the honor of my guru, and my own convictions, I have been led into the position imparting the true nature of yoga and yogic education into the world. I want my fellow beings and society at large to benefit from my knowledge and experience.
