  • I believe in teaching yoga with compassion, patience, grace and mindfulness. Every student is unique, and it is important to teach at different levels to meet completely different needs and expectations of students. I like to incorporate multiple facets of yoga while teaching like asanas, mudras, subtle Yama’s, Niyama’s and meditation to harness a strong practice of yoga with its benefits. Very effectively integrating yoga and managerial skills to achieve the best outcomes, as yoga is guidelines on how to live a healthy and happy life on day-to-day basis.
