Tia Taymar is a certified Yoga instructor, meditation teacher, dancer, reiki practitioner, sound bath facilitator,  singer, magic maker, and proud mama from Las Vegas, Nevada. She has taught and performed for nearly 20 years.

Tia originally studied yoga with Larry Shultz and Maggie Verderame through It’s Yoga. Since then she has continued her passion and education with a variety of teachers including Bryan Kest, Jada Tam and the amazing instructors at her currently enrolled school Yogamu. Additionally, she is often referred to as the “Counter Culture Yogini” due to her zest for such classes as Punk Rock Yoga. Tia is also a bit of a self proclaimed “yoga nerd” as she loves to find nuggets of yoga philosophy that surrounds us everyday in pop culture like Star Wars.
Tia believes that we can use music, movement, & meditation to heal and nurture all facets of our lives.
