I have been a yoga instructor for over 10 years. I am YTT certified in Hatha Yoga 200HR, Kundalini Yoga 200HR, Kundalini Child and Family Yoga, Hatha Prenatal, Meditation 100HR, and I am a birth and bereavement Doula. I love working with all people and families. I am the owner of The Open Lotus Yoga and Doula Services LLC that is in Atlanta, Georgia, the United States. As of this moment, all of my classes are vía zoom and I have my own YouTube channel, Mowry McClure-Maldonado Jai Radha Kaur(my spiritual given name). My classes are focused on gentle yoga practice, Kirtan, meditation through chanting and overall positive energy to anyone who joins. My goal is to create positive change and influence in the world and the space surrounding us.
