Ashtanga Vinyasa is a style of practicing Yoga which builds strength, stamina and flexibility in the body all the while connecting your movements with the breath in a smooth flow. This batch is especially for beginners who are new to the ashtanga practice.
Every class will focus on a certain aspect of the practice. The instructions and explanations are easy to understand and apply for absolute beginners.
Regular practitioners can also join the class in order to deepen their practice.
