Osunlade (Oh-shoon-lah-day) is a lifelong student of Eastern philosophies with an emphasis on ancient African and ancient Indian spiritual technologies. She is a certified meditation teacher, and a practitioner of yoga, and holds several initiations in traditional African systems. A decades-long transformation coach, her regular offerings include 21, 40, and 90 day group meditations, sacred women’s circles, and one on one coaching focused on dissolving stress and trauma. One of her superpowers is showing others how to create sacred spaces and develop their own personal rituals resulting in greater clarity, intuition, and self empowerment. (These rituals include meditation, affirmations, visualizations, and journaling.) As an experienced holistic food, natural healing, natural childbirth, and herbal remedies proponent, this mother of 3 and homeschooling veteran, has also taught children’s metaphysics, meditation, and vision board classes for years, while also leading and organizing dozens of workshops on conscious parenting strategies. Osunlade believes that through daily rituals, we can all expand our capacity for more peace, more joy, more love, and more abundance.
