I am so excited to introduce to you Jeannie Fitness Classes. We offer a full yoga practice offering 3 Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Pilate classes and two Yoga Restorative classes. We also offer a range of fitness classes that complement your yoga practice if you choose. Many of our members take a fitness class followed by our amazing yoga classes.
All of our class yoga and fitness are taught in All levels so everyone can take the class and feel successful, but also have a safe workout and practice. I have been teaching for over 35 plus years and with that experience have developed my teaching to customize for the beginner to the advanced student at the same time.
If health, wellness, and happiness is your purpose. My classes and events I offer are for you. I also hold virtual plant based cooking classes that we do together a home. Introducing how to cook plant based and Vegan with only natural, organic, non GMO food of course.
I also offer private sessions for virtual yoga sessions and personal training.
