I teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga along with focusing on breathwork and nutrition. As a certified nutritionist and yoga instructor, I believe wellness is holistic and works best when our mind and body align with the same purpose and goal. I have been teaching Yoga for the past 7 years; I specialize in yoga for weight loss and create curated health plans that include nutrition as well as breathwork. I work closely with my students to understand their needs and tailor my classes to accommodate them. I firmly believe in the power of mindfulness and the ways it can transform an individual. I hope to connect with more students across the world and guide them as they start or continue their Yoga/health journeys.
