Namaste,

I am a Yoga Therapist with 4 years of experience. I have completed my Masters in Yoga Therapy from the pioneer Yoga University in India, S-VYASA Yoga University, Bangalore.

Previously I have completed my certification in Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course and Diploma into Yoga Therapy from The Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, Maharashtra. Completed Advance Yoga Teacher Training course form the The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I proudly hold Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for successfully completing 1008 Surya Namaskar in 15 hours.

Yoga is not nearly a physical exercise. These holistic approach shows wonders when Yoga is accepted as a way of life.

It is sad to know people have accepted lifestyle disease like obesity, high BP, constipation, stress etc and considered medicine as an integral part of them. Not knowing, how badly it is not only impacting them but also the generation ahead.

Yoga therapy recognizes that the healing process is unique to each individual. The goals of yoga therapy include eliminating, reducing, or managing the symptoms that cause suffering; improving function and helping to prevent the occurrence or re-occurrence of underlying causes of illness; and moving toward improved health and wellbeing. Yoga therapy also seeks to help you change your relationship and identification with your condition.

Diabetes, Depression, Insomnia, Constipation, Hypertension, Back pain, Obesity etc.

Pregnancy yoga helps you to develop a positive prospect towards your body, strengthens you emotionally, physically and mentally. It teaches how to gracefully accept the changes happening in the body and to bond with child.
