This “Hands Free” practice without chaturanga, table top, plank, side plank or downward dog will enhance balance and lower body flexibility and strength while giving sore wrists, shoulders and hands a break.
With the exception for getting up to standing from a seated position, there is no pressure on hands or wrists. No props required.
This unique practice incorporates vinyasa, yin and pranayama for a well rounded and grounding practice.
4 classes, 50 minutes each. Monday or Tuesday.
