In 2020, the National Mental Health Institute has recorded an 93% increase in mental healthcases around the country leading to create a burden of $210 billion per year in the United States. Depression and anxiety are the leading cause of disability worldwide.
We have the power to change.
We humans, have a duty to ourselves and to our future to shift our behavior and make the changes that deep-down we know are long overdue. We need to have faith in ourselves that change is not only possible, it is fully reachable.
Many ancestral and modern paths have created the blue print to bring this change and all show that the key to success is within.
Our thoughts shape our words, and our words shape our actions. So let’s shift our thoughts.

What To Expect
Here, we will create space for a meditation practice tailored to your needs or set a personal accompaniment to reach your goals, or both.
Classes can go anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour. It depends on what you need and what your schedule allows.
NO JUDGING. Our sessions are a safe place. Expect no judging nor mocking, no matter what you share. Try me!
CONFIDENTIALITY. again, our sessions are a safe place. Kinda like Las Vegas, everything shared during our sessions will stay in our sessions.
Our meditations will be based on a mix of different traditional meditation practices and tools, depending on what you need and want from our sessions. Make sure to let me know ahead if you are interested in a specific practice.
We may, or many not, use the power of:
