Private Yoga lessons: Gentle hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and chair yoga are all perfect for every body, from beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. You can choose which style of yoga you want to focus on during your private lesson with me. In a private lesson I can help you work on improving your flexibility and/or balance, increasing your strength, toning your body, reducing stress, and so much more, depending on your specific goals and the type of yoga you choose for your lesson. Since it is a private lesson everything is tailored to your specific goals. These private lessons are available for individuals or small groups of 2-3 people. Private Meditation classes: Perfect for beginners and advanced meditators alike. Private meditation classes are a great way to learn about meditation, develop a consistent practice, and/or advance the practice you already have. Meditation has many benefits which can include helping to reduce stress, improve focus and attention span, enhance self-awareness, control anxiety, decrease blood pressure, increase creativity, and improve sleep. More simply put, meditation helps to promote overall mental and emotional health. These are available for individuals or small groups of 2-3 people. Nutrition Coaching sessions: From nutrition basics and weight loss, to hormone balancing and eating for longevity, nutrition coaching allows you to work with a certified nutrition coach on the nutrition goals most important to you. Other common topics include meal prep/planning, nutrition based on specific health goals (like heart health, diabetes control, etc.) or dietary preferences (i.e. Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, etc.), understanding labels and food marketing, the role of supplements, clean eating – the options are virtually endless. Chose from individual sessions or packages, depending on your specific goals. First-time clients get a bonus 15-minute discovery session added on to their 1-hour coaching session where we dive into what your goals are as well as your “why” for these nutritional coaching sessions – the discovery session helps to ensure we make the most out of our sessions together. And if you aren’t sure exactly what you want to focus on, the Discovery session is a great way to help determine your main goals. Coaching sessions can be purchased individually on in packages. Nutrition coaching sessions are available for individuals. Group sessions can also be set up for certain nutritional focus areas – for more information on nutrition coaching a small group, please contact me.

I first discovered yoga while in college. I fell in love with this beautiful practice, not only because of the many benefits to my physical body, but because of the benefits to the mind and spirit as well. Yoga brings such an amazing and powerful connection between the mind, body, and spirit - every yoga class is so much more than "just a yoga class". Through years of practicing yoga both at home and in local studios, I came to really appreciate all that yoga has to offer us in this crazy, hectic world in which we all live.
Becoming a yoga instructor had been a long-time dream of mine, and now as a yoga instructor and yoga studio owner, my goal is to help as many people as possible to experience all the incredible benefits that yoga has to offer. I am a 200 hour ERYT and 500 hour RYT certified yoga teacher specializing in Gentle Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, and Chair yoga.
I am also a 200 hour certified meditation teacher, a Reiki practitioner, a certified Nutrition coach, and a certified Life coach. My goal is to help individuals overcome health challenges and live their best life, one small step at a time. I am available for 1-on-1 classes or coaching, as well as groups classes/coaching.
