Justin initially discovered yoga as a complement to strength training workouts. He was focused on the physical benefits but then embraced the mental and philosophical aspects as well. He soon realized that yoga had such a wide spectrum of offerings and wanted to share it with others. Justin received his 200 hour yoga teacher certification at Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center. He then earned a 300 hour certification from YogaRenew. He also is a certified 200 hour meditation teacher and working towards another 300 hour certification. He is currently teaching at Green Lotus and online through his home studio. He currently has training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. When he is not raising 2 beautiful children, he is focused on continuing his yoga education. Justin aims to blend healthy doses of science and philosophy in his classes and likes to offer something for everyone. His goal is to share ways for his students to deal with the stress of everyday life. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and gardening.
