Jeannie Fitness Yoga Classes


I am so excited to introduce to you Jeannie Fitness Classes. We offer a full yoga practice offering 3 Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Pilate classes  and two Yoga Restorative classes. We also offer a range of fitness classes that complement your yoga practice if you choose. Many of our members take a fitness class followed by our amazing yoga classes.

All of our class yoga and fitness are taught in All levels so everyone can take the class and feel successful, but also have a safe workout and practice. I have been teaching for over 35 plus years and with that experience have developed my teaching to customize for the beginner to the advanced student at the same time.

If health, wellness, and happiness is your purpose. My classes and events I offer are for you. I also hold virtual plant based cooking classes that we do together a home. Introducing how to cook plant based and Vegan with only natural, organic, non GMO food of course.

I also offer private sessions for virtual yoga sessions and personal training.

    Hi, I am 55 years young, married with two amazing sons. My love for health and wellness has been my life career. I have been teaching yoga along with other fitness and mindbody methods for over 35+ years. I have taught and many places whether a big box gym, private sessions, school PE programs, and also own and operated my own studio the goal is always the same. My classes and privates are to help people transform their lives to be happier, stronger, and healthier.
    My credentials are go way back as far as 1984. My degree is a Doctorate of Chiropractic. My knowledge of the body and knowing it's capabilities to heal itself is brought to all of my students. I am a certified NASM personal trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, CPR certified, along with many specialty certifications in Yoga,Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Cycling, and more.....
    I began my personal practice in Yoga in 1984 hoping it would improve my athleticism and prevent injuries. At that time I was teaching fitness classes, personal training, and doing triathlons. My knees were bothering me so I thought, let's try yoga. I fell in love with how it made me feel not only physically, but emotionally and mentally I became more grounded, focused, and happier. I stayed with my mentor and instructor training and practicing for over 3 years in an Inyengar practice and began teaching and have never stopped. My practice and teaching classes moved with me and over the years Yoga, became more popular at the big box gyms where I was beginning to teach everyday.

    I currently teach five class a week on a virtual studio and have students whom have practiced yoga with me for over 25. years. My students have made Yoga a lifestyle, not just a class.
    The classes range from a Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga practice to a more relaxing Restorative Yoga class. I am available to anyone wanting to attend a class and also private sessions where I can work with you one on one with your specific level and goals with your practice. All of my classes are beginner to advanced level. I teach within a class all levels and always show modifications so everyone can practice with us.
