I am an ordained Esoteric Interfaith & Buddhist Lay Minister, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, ordained Spiritual Counselor and Life Coach.
My spiritual journey began well over 40 years ago. I’ve studied various religions and spiritual traditions. And my personal practice is what helps me weather through all stages of my life.
It would be my honor and pleasure to help you learn to engage your Sanctuary Center Within.
