I am a dedicated yogi. The inner journey of the practise is most important. I want you to feel more connected with the universe and the other beings that inhabit this planet with us. A meditative yoga practice, with emphasis on the mind-body- brain is perfect for this. All of these modalities assist into discovering your internal wisdom and explore the deeper meaning to your to life. The additional benefits- decreasing anxiety, focusing on affirmations, physical and emotional health, and setting goals with confidence. With guided meditation you can also tap in and resolve inner conflict, learn to follow your intuition, and resolve conflict with partners, adult children, family members, and friends.
